Drew and Lisa - Nestldown Wedding, Los Gatos, CA

This wedding was especially meaningful to me as it was my sister's! As a guest this time, I played the "relative with the camera in everyone's face" role... so of course, I still captured a few photos of the day. The setting at Nestldown was gorgeous and the weather was perfect. The entire event couldn't have gone more smoothly and was such a blast! From the mini wedding cakes to the community cookie bar (a Pittsburgh tradition brought to the West Coast), all of the creativity the couple put into the wedding made it completely their own. Congrats to Drew and Lisa on your big day!

Love this spread... little wedding cakes inspired by the Wayne Thiebaud painting, "Cakes"

The Cookie Bar! Guests were invited to bake a batch of cookies for everyone to enjoy! Such a great idea! And so many cookies to try! Every time a plate would empty, a new variety of cookie would be brought out!

Leave it to the scientists to have "science-themed" cookies as part of the cookie bar!
